Proposed and built an internal AI assistant on Microsoft Copilot: it retrieves from the company documentation base (RAG) and generates standardized requirement documents end to end. Power Automate orchestrates it, with Office Scripts and a Word VBA module applying the formatting standard. Estimated 50%+ cut in specification effort. Presented to global leadership in the US.
Diagnosed and eliminated a recurring failure in the processing plant: ruled out the assumed network-coverage cause, isolated the fault to the Bluetooth link between handheld scanners and tablets, and drove testing, firmware validation and homologation of the replacement hardware.
