Selected work

• Proposed and built an internal AI assistant on Microsoft Copilot: it retrieves from the company documentation base (RAG) and generates standardized requirement documents end to end. Power Automate orchestrates it, with Office Scripts and a Word VBA module applying the formatting standard. Estimated 50%+ cut in specification effort. Presented to global leadership in the US.
• Proposed and introduced the team weekly planning ritual after assessing that a daily stand-up did not fit the team reality. An initiative taken to the manager, not an assigned task.
• Build and maintain C# / .NET applications and RESTful Web APIs, plus UWP applications using MVVM. Requirements and delivery run in English and Spanish, across time zones.

IT Infrastructure & Operations Consultant

Tobacco multinational. Critical infrastructure for an industrial plant and offices.

Selected work

• Diagnosed and eliminated a recurring failure in the processing plant: ruled out the assumed network-coverage cause, isolated the fault to the Bluetooth link between handheld scanners and tablets, and drove testing, firmware validation and homologation of the replacement hardware.
• Implemented process automations with Power Automate to cut recurring manual work.
• Served as technical liaison between infrastructure and application teams, translating operational needs into system requirements and validating changes before rollout.
